1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the juanbet website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). juanbet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) juanbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorization, contact juanbet support immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. juanbet is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juanbet username and password. You agree to notify juanbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. juanbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

juanbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

juanbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

6. Gameplay Rules

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juanbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

juanbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juanbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, juanbet may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your juanbet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no suspicious activity flags are present on the account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
